KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

JOB DESCRIPTION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Implementation of sales plans;
  • Finding and attracting new customers;
  • Development of business and relationships with existing customers (portfolio system);
  • Planning and conducting meetings and negotiations with customers, including negotions with business executives;
  • Presentation of company‘s products/services;
  • Formation and working with commercial offers and contracts;
  • Working with other departments of the company by organizing complete customer service (from the request of customer till the fulfilment of agreement);
  • Customers debt management;
  • Entering information into databases.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics (international logistics knowledge);
  • Experience in sales, knowledge of sales processes;
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian (speaking, understanding, writing);
  • Excellent telephone sales and representational skills;
  • Knowledge of business ethics and business communication principles;
  • Negotiation experience;
  • Ability to make decisions in non-standard situations;
  • Ability to perform multiple works at the same time;
  • Computer Experience (Windows, MS Office);
  • Experience Working with databases;
  • Activity, perseverance, communicability and stress resistance;
  • Responsibility, attentiveness;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Ability to raise and achieve a goal, orientation to result.
