KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of sales plans;
- Finding and attracting new customers;
- Development of business and relationships with existing customers (portfolio system);
- Planning and conducting meetings and negotiations with customers, including negotions with business executives;
- Presentation of company‘s products/services;
- Formation and working with commercial offers and contracts;
- Working with other departments of the company by organizing complete customer service (from the request of customer till the fulfilment of agreement);
- Customers debt management;
- Entering information into databases.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics (international logistics knowledge);
- Experience in sales, knowledge of sales processes;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian (speaking, understanding, writing);
- Excellent telephone sales and representational skills;
- Knowledge of business ethics and business communication principles;
- Negotiation experience;
- Ability to make decisions in non-standard situations;
- Ability to perform multiple works at the same time;
- Computer Experience (Windows, MS Office);
- Experience Working with databases;
- Activity, perseverance, communicability and stress resistance;
- Responsibility, attentiveness;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to raise and achieve a goal, orientation to result.
